A bank letter of credit will be required to register. Registration begins at 4:00 P.M. Auction begins at 6:00 P.M. The auction will take place at The Waterfront Place Hotel, Morgantown, WV 26501.

BUYER/BROKER PARTICIPATION

Up to 25% of collected auction commission will be paid to any properly licensed buyer’s Broker who registers a successful buyer according to the Broker Participation Guidelines. Broker registration forms are available from the Auction Information Office. Forms must be completed and returned no later than 24 hours prior to the auction.

TERMS

10% down w/bank letter of approval required day of sale. Balance due at closing. Sale of property is sold subject to confirmation.

If coming from WVU campus follow the 705 By-pass turning left on Stewartstown Road. Go approx. 1/4 mile and turn right onto West Run Road. Property is on the right. From I-68 get of f exit #7 Pierpont Road. Follow 857 south approx. 2 miles. (857 becomes 119 north). Turn left on Stewartstown Road approx. 3/4 mile and turn left onto West Run Road.
