 Rules By bidding in the live auction\, each bidder agrees to 
 these auction rules: 1. All sales are final. There will be n
 o exchanges or refunds. All items are “as is.” Allegheny
  County Airport Authority and Joe R Pyle Complete Auction an
 d Realty Service have attempted to describe and catalog item
 s correctly\, but neither warrants nor represents and in no e
 vent shall be responsible for the correctness of description
 s\, genuineness\, authorship\, provenance or condition of the i
 tems. No statement made orally at the auction or elsewhere\, 
 shall be deemed such a warranty\, representation\, or assumpti
 on of liability. 2. Any referenced value is an estimate of f
 air market value. Items have not been appraised unless so no
 ted. 3. There will be a 15% buyer’s premium with 5% waived
  for cash or check purchase. Allegheny County Airport Author
 ity and Joe R Pyle Complete Auction and Realty Service will 
 gladly accept cash\, credit cards or check payable to Joe R P
 yle Complete Auction and Realty Service. Payment\, inclusive 
 of any taxes and fees for items purchased must be made in fu
 ll at time of auction to the cashier. Please allow 30 minute
 s after the item has closed before reporting to cashier. 4. 
 Following payments\, you may pick up your purchases in the ch
 eck-out area. You must show your paid receipt for items to b
 e picked up. 5. The purchaser must remove all items the day 
 of the auction unless special arrangements are made in advan
 ce. Any items left beyond the agreed upon date of removal wi
 ll be subject to a $24.00 per diem storage fee paid in advan
 ce of claiming said item(s). Any purchases left unclaimed\, w
 ithout prior arrangements\, will be sold and proceeds will go
  to the Allegheny County Airport Authority Charitable Founda
 tion. 6. Vehicles will not be removed from the auction site 
 until the auction is ended and will need to be towed from th
 e auction site unless purchased by a dealer with appropriate
  plates. 7. Allegheny County Airport Authority reserves the 
 right to add or withdraw items\, without notice\, to or from t
 he auction. 8. Each person bidding assumes all risks and haz
 ards related to the auction and items obtained at the auctio
 n. Each bidder agrees to hold harmless from any liability ar
 ising indirectly from Allegheny County Airport Authority\, th
 eir elected and appointed officials\, members and employees\, 
 the auctioneer(s)\, the auction company and its agents and em
 ployees\, the event organizers\, sponsors\, and/or volunteers c
 onnected with the auction.   ADDITIONAL TERMS: A bank lette
 r of credit or similar document establishing availability of
  funds is needed for any personal check $10\,000 or greater A
