We will be selling two side by side mausoleum crypts located on the outside of the mausoleum in the lower level of the structure. Included in the package are two entombment fees (opening/closing) and one crypt plaque (name and date). The Memorial Gardens is located a mile from Interstate 79. Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens was established in 1931 and is situated on 75 acres. The grounds offer a country like setting with rolling hills, mature trees, and manicured landscaping.

Terms: Upon completion of the auction, the buyer and the executor of the Estate of Lela Brooks Bailey will complete the required internal corporation transfer documents with Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens. There will be a transfer fee of $299 plus tax paid directly to Beverly Hills Memorial Gardens. A 10% buyer premium on the purchase. Payment in full due within 24 hours of the auction. The credit card on file for the registered bidder will be charged for the full amount (winning bid plus 10% Buyer’s Premium) at the conclusion of the auction.
