DIRECTIONS: FROM US-50, take WV-72 N towards Rowlesburg, travel 3 miles into Rowlesburg, turn right onto Catherine Street, bear left onto Maple Ave, cross the bridge, continue on Maple Ave for 7/10ths mile, cross the second bridge (Charles B. Felton Jr Bridge) as soon as you cross the bridge make a right onto Lantz Ridge Road (graveled road), travel half mile come to crest of hill at the four way intersection, there is a natural gas access station on the right, you will continue straight at this intersection slightly down hill, continue on this road for 1 mile come to gate, pass through gate and the property will be starting about half mile after you pass the gate.
