Firearms must be collected at our office (5508 Benedum Drive, Shinnston, WV 26431) on Tuesday, September 30, 2025 from 4-5 PM, or shipped to your local FFL dealer. Handguns require transfer through an FFL dealer in your state.

 

Bidding Errors

All bids are binding and final once an item has sold. Once bidding for a lot has closed, bids cannot be deleted or removed. Please review your bids on the review page prior to submitting the bids. Outbid notifications are sent as a courtesy only and the auctioneer, seller, licensees, agents or employees are not responsible for errors, omissions and/or timing of outbid notices. Auctioneer reserves the right to refuse off increment bids.

 

Online Bidding Disclaimer

Auction Company utilizes third party bidding platforms (herein "bidding platform") to facilitate the collection and recording of online bidders. Closing Lots

The lots in this auction will begin closing at the published time on the date specified. Not all lots close at the same time. Lots will extend when there is a bid placed in the last 60 seconds of bidding. A lot will only close when there has been no further bidding activity for at least 60 seconds. Closing speed and the interval of the closing will be determined on a case-by-case basis, it is usually between 1-3 lots every 1-3 minutes but will vary. Lot closing speeds and intervals are adjusted for each auction attempt to complete all lots in no more than approximately 2-3 hours.

Pickup & Shipping Information

All items must be picked up on the designated date and time only, with no exceptions or accommodations for alternative scheduling. Bidders are responsible for bringing adequate help for loading and all necessary packing supplies, though boxes will be available for purchase at pickup. The scheduled pickup windows are firm, and any items not collected during the designated time will be forfeited without refund.

 

In-house shipping is available exclusively for firearms (Lots 458-459 only). For all other items requiring shipping, bidders must arrange with third-party vendors before the auction at their own expense. The Auction Company does not provide delivery, storage, or transportation services and cannot move items to alternate locations or shipping facilities.

 

If you cannot attend pickup personally, you may authorize someone else to collect your items during the scheduled time. However, any shipping arrangements are strictly between you and the third-party service, with no participation from the Auction Company. We strongly recommend reviewing the pickup schedule before bidding and coordinating adequate moving assistance in advance.

 

Multiple Item Winners

Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending (sometimes via in-person inspection and sometimes via virtual inspection using photos and provided descriptions). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots either in-person or virtually and is relying solely on the bidder's inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.

 

Titles

Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30 business days for processing.

 

Payment

The credit card on file with your online account will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If your card on file is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Your invoice must be paid in full before taking possession of the items. Payment at pickup can only be accepted if the card on file has first been charged and declined/rejected. For declined cards, payments accepted at pickup may be in the form of cashier's check or money order, business checks or personal checks will be accepted only with positive ID and Auction Company approval. Business or personal checks of $10,000.00 or more must be accompanied by a Bank Letter of Credit. Cash payments at pickup are discouraged.

 

Gold Coins

The Auction Company does not accept credit payment for the purchase of gold coins. If your invoice includes gold coins, you will be required to tender payment by cash, money order, certified check, or wire transfer.

 

Choice of Venue / Jurisdiction

By registering to bid and accepting the Auction Terms, Bidder hereby agrees and consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of and venue in the Circuit Court of Harrison County, West Virginia related to all disputes arising out of or related to the entire Auction process and sale, including, but not limited to, all disputes requiring litigation or arbitration.
