Firearms Information:
Firearms will be transferred to the buyer on-site on the day of the auction via background checks at no additional charge. All State and Federal laws apply. Additional pick up times are available for firearms during the designated pick up only and by appointment. We will also offer in-house shipping on firearm lots only.

Firearms Information:
The Auction Company holds a Federal Firearms License (FFL) and will conduct the required NICS background check for all firearm transfers in compliance with state and federal laws. There is no charge for the background check or transfer, and valid photo identification is required. Buyers must be 18 years or older to purchase rifles or shotguns, with some restrictions based on state of residency. Handguns are restricted to buyers who are 21 years or older and residents of West Virginia. Federal law requires a mandatory 10-day waiting period for rifle and shotgun purchases by buyers ages 18-20, which the Auction Company cannot waive or expedite.
All bids are final and binding. Once bidding closes on a lot, bids cannot be deleted or removed. Review your bids carefully before submitting. Outbid notifications are courtesy only—we are not responsible for errors or timing issues with these notices. The auctioneer reserves the right to refuse off-increment bids.
