As-Is, Where-Is: All items are sold on an As-Is, Where-Is, With All Faults basis without exception. No warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, is offered as to the fitness or merchantability of any item for any purpose. Items offered may be new or used. Used items exhibit some level of wear, damage, or defect by virtue of prior use. Items represented as new may have been subject to storage, handling, display, or other conditions prior to the auction and are not guaranteed to be free of defect. No sale shall be invalidated by reason of any defect, inaccuracy, misdescription, or cataloging error. All marketing materials and descriptions are provided as a guide only and are not guaranteed to be complete or accurate. By bidding, the Buyer accepts all items regardless of any defects or conditions, known or unknown, visible or not. No bids may be withdrawn during or after the auction for any reason.

Forfeiture: Forfeiture is defined as the Buyer's relinquishment of all ownership and claim to items to the Auction Company with no expectation of reimbursement. The Buyer who forfeits items remains fully responsible for the invoice total. No refunds will be issued in the event of forfeiture.

Payment: The credit card on file will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If the card is declined, the Buyer will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. The invoice must be paid in full before the Buyer takes possession of any items. Where a card on file has been declined, payment at pickup may be made by cashier's check or money order.
