Firearm Pickup Information
WV residents purchasing long guns (rifles or shotguns) can pickup their guns on Wednesday 9/29/2021 between 3:00 - 6:00 PM at 225 Rex Run Rd, Mannington, WV with positive government issued photo ID w/current residence address. . WV residents who purchase handguns can pickup their handguns on Thursday, September 30, 2021 between 5:00 - 8:00 PM or Saturday, October 2, 20201 between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM at 71 Auction Drive, Jane Lew, WV or have them shipped (or delivered if practical) to a WV FFL for transfer. Non resident long gun buyers (rifles or shotguns) can pickup their rifle/shotgun(s) on Thursday, September 30, 2021 between 5:00 - 8:00 PM or Saturday, October 2, 20201 between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM at 71 Auction Drive, Jane Lew, WV or have them shipped to a WV FFL for transfer. Non-resident handgun purchasers must have their handgun shipped to an FFL in their state of residence for transfer. Auction Co charges actual postage plus $15 per package for shipping services, please allow 14 business days after the auction for your package(s) to arrive. Any customer picking up a firearm at 71 Auction Drive, Jane Lew, WV will be subject to all provisions of the ATF regulation and must complete a BATFE Form 4473 and submit to a background check; exceptions to this will be considered for WV Concealed Weapons Permit holders, FFL holders, and C&R FFL holders if applicable.
Auction Co will provide in-house shipping services for most lots in this auction. All ammo must be shipped via UPS. Auction Co using USPS Priority and UPS Ground only. All packages will be sent with signature required for delivery. All firearms shipped will require adult signature for delivery.

Forfeiture: If you do not wish to pick up or ship your items, you may forfeit them. In this regard, to forfeit your items is defined as relinquishing all ownership and claim to the items in question to the auctioneer with no expectations of reimbursement; however, you are still responsible for the invoice total. No refunds will be made if you decide to forfeit your items. If you wish to forfeit your items, please contact us on or before the removal deadline. Buyer agrees that any and/or all remaining lots left after removal deadline are considered to be forfeited, but buyer is still responsible for invoice total.
Removal of Items: Local pickup is available on the designated date and time only. The Auction Company does not offer delivery services or storage services. If the winning bidder would like to arrange alternative pickup time(s), the Auction Company may arrange (when agreeable to the seller) at an additional charge to the winning bidder of $25/hr including port-to-port travel to and from our office location.
Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will be available at pickup for purchase for $3 each.
Shipping: The Auction Company can provide shipping services for most pieces in this auction. Some items may be too large or heavy to be shipped and have been identified in the catalog. Shipping is done by our staff and items will be shipped from our location at 5546 Benedum Drive, Shinnston, WV within 14 business days after the close of the auction. We charge actual postage plus $15 per package for packaging and handling. The total amount due for shipping must be paid in full before the item is shipped. Your card on file will be automatically charged for the amount due for shipping and handling, if that payment fails, you will be contacted to make alternate payment arrangements. We ship via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to the registered bidder when the label is printed, the package will usually leave our facility within 1-2 days of the label being printed. Some restrictions may apply on items that are prohibited for shipment to the bidder’s residence and will be handled on a case by case basis. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know BEFORE BIDDING if the item can be legally shipped to their location.
Inspection of Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending (either during the scheduled preview session or by appointment in limited circumstances). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots and is relying solely on the bidder's personal inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.
Titles: Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30 business days for processing.
Payment: The credit card on file with your online account will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If your card on file is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Your invoice must be paid in full before taking possession of the items. Payment at pickup can be accepted (check is preferred, cash in exact change is also acceptable). We can also accept wire transfers for payment.
Gold Coins: The Auction Company does not accept credit payment for the purchase of gold coins. If your invoice includes gold coins, you will be required to tender payment by cash, money order, certified check, or wire transfer.

Boxes: 20”x16”x14” boxes will be available at pickup for purchase for $3 each.
Shipping: The Auction Company can provide shipping services for most pieces in this auction. Some items may be too large or heavy to be shipped and have been identified in the catalog. Shipping is done by our staff and items will be shipped from our location at 5546 Benedum Drive, Shinnston, WV within 14 business days after the close of the auction. We charge actual postage plus $15 per package for packaging and handling. The total amount due for shipping must be paid in full before the item is shipped. Your card on file will be automatically charged for the amount due for shipping and handling, if that payment fails, you will be contacted to make alternate payment arrangements. We ship via USPS or UPS. A tracking number will be emailed to the registered bidder when the label is printed, the package will usually leave our facility within 1-2 days of the label being printed. Some restrictions may apply on items that are prohibited for shipment to the bidder’s residence and will be handled on a case by case basis. It is the buyer’s responsibility to know BEFORE BIDDING if the item can be legally shipped to their location.
Inspection of Items: Every item in this auction is available for bidder inspection prior to the auction ending (either during the scheduled preview session or by appointment in limited circumstances). By bidding, each bidder acknowledges and agrees that they have had a full and fair opportunity to inspect the item or lots and is relying solely on the bidder's personal inspection, whether in person, through proxy, or based on the provided photographs and opinion in determining whether to bid, in determining the amount to bid and/or maximum bid, and in submitting the bid/max bid.
Titles: Titles for any vehicles will be sent to buyer 10-15 business days following receipt of payment. Please note: any bank-held titles may take up to 30 business days for processing.
Payment: The credit card on file with your online account will be charged automatically at the conclusion of the auction. If your card on file is declined or cannot be processed for any reason, you will be contacted within 24 hours to arrange alternate payment. Your invoice must be paid in full before taking possession of the items. Payment at pickup can be accepted (check is preferred, cash in exact change is also acceptable). We can also accept wire transfers for payment.
Gold Coins: The Auction Company does not accept credit payment for the purchase of gold coins. If your invoice includes gold coins, you will be required to tender payment by cash, money order, certified check, or wire transfer.
